Source Code:

using System;
using System.IO;
namespace Reader
    class Program
        static void Main()
            Console.Write("Enter name of file: ");
            string nameFile = Console.ReadLine();

            StreamReader myfile;
                myfile = File.OpenText(nameFile);
                string line = " ";
                    line = myfile.ReadLine();
                    if (line != null)
                while (line != null);
